Yes, your belongings are covered by our Goods in Transit insurance while they're in our care. This protects against damage or loss during loading, transport, and unloading. We handle everything with care, but accidents can happen, so rest assured you're covered. For particularly valuable or fragile items, please let us know in advance so we can take extra precautions.

Yes, we can supply a full range of packing materials, including strong cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, and tape. We also offer wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes and protective covers for furniture and mattresses. Materials can be included in your quote or purchased separately — just let us know what you need.

We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 2 to 4 weeks before your move or clearance. This gives you the best chance of securing your preferred date. However, we understand things can happen last-minute, so we’ll always do our best to accommodate short-notice requests whenever possible.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your arranged slot. Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking may incurr a charge of 2 hours labour unless otherwise agreed.
